The Move Channel

The Move Channel is a privately owned global portal with a strong focus on investment and overseas property. It was set up in 1999 and now has over 20 country-specific sub-sites. Advertising is offered on a commission-share or pay-per-lead basis.

PropertyIndex.com is a cost-per-lead property portal with an extensive client base, thanks to its backing by one of the internet's first millionaires, Darren Richards, the founder of DatingDirect.com. Advertisers can list on a no lead, no fee basis with no upfront costs.



Lead Galaxy

Lead Galaxy runs a network of 23 consumer-facing property websites branded “Venture”, for example Bulgarian Venture and Spanish Venture. They operate a pay-per-lead model with a twist.



European Property

European Property was launched in 2006 making it one of the newest sites on the market. As its name suggests, it positions itself as the only Europe-only overseas property portal.

Launched in 2001, Property Abroad positions itself as a one-stop shop for overseas property buyers. It also owns a large number of other property sites which agent properties are distributed to when they list on Property Abroad.

Primelocation was launched in 2001 by a consortium of the high-end UK estate agents and was taken over by the Daily Mail Trust Group in January 2006. As its name suggests, it positions itself at the top end of the market...



HomesGoFast

Launched in 2003, HomesGoFast is run by estate agency Marr International. The site covers all the major second home buying destinations around the world and operates a pay-per-lead model for agents, with commission share available to developers.



Medhead.com

Launched in Spring 2007, Medhead.com positions itself as the easy way to find properties on the Mediterranean. However, its real point of difference lies in the way it accepts and lists properties, simultaneously translating answers to multiple choice questions into property descriptions in seven languages



FindaProperty.com launched in 1997 and was bought out in 2004 by Associated Newspapers, which owns UK national newspaper titles the Daily Mail and The Mail On Sunday as well as the Evening Standard and Metro in London.



Freedom4Sale was launched in 2001 as a Canary Islands property portal. In a bid to offer properties for the budget-conscious buyer, the site has expanded and now carries properties in a variety of global destinations, mainly in the emerging markets.
